My rank went from Mainframe Invader to Anonymous:

I checked my billing, it says everything is fine and I'm active for MxO.
I can't even send pm's...
Would anyone be so kind to send an pm to Virrago or what else can I do?
I have an auction running in the market place, it's really important for me to get my access back.
