Rugby seems to be the only sport in the world whose fans feel compelled to call it manly and all the other sports girly, except maybe American football. Perhaps it's a compensatory effect?

I've always liked playing "throw the rock." Also "throw the stick." And I'm even up for the occasional "throw the rock, and then the stick shortly thereafter."
