I think its safe to say SOE are aware of your problem. It's just a shame they don't seem to know whats going on either 
Nice to see others with the same problem though, makes it a bigger issue. Also lessens the likeleyhood of it being a problem on your end

Don't bother using the petition system with SOE - if they already know about it, they don't give a damn about the people who have the issue and instead do other stuff for the game. If they don't know about it, they keep quiet about it and act like they don't care, and then a month later they fix it in a patch because they found a bug in the system.

Just needed to upgrade to SP4. I had to format to get MxO running in the first place, and never got round t it before
