Thanks a lot ma belle.
7x Accelerator bit : can speed up every friendly target in the area.
7x Deccelerator bit : can slow down hostile targets in the area.
7x Runtime bit : can spawn accelerated machine programs to hostile targets in the area.
No buffs, the reuse timer is 30 sec.
