So, I was just sitting at work, doing nothing at the time becosue yesterday had done some project and today is jsut day, then I can take some rest at work. Just wanted to know, how's everybody going? How are with exams and studies, work and social?
As for me, doing kind of well. after 3 weeks I'll have to show to commission work from my practice months. Although I need to pass my last year exams, was lazy last year. (Stupid me)
As I live in GMT +2, than it's just second week then is +14 , +17 Celsium outside. So it's kind a good weather for me, but problem is that don't have much time to do something. I hope it's not for long.
Now you.. Smile

I'm sitting at work from 08:00 - 17:00, arrive at home at 18:00, after eating I start working for the company I'm currently founding with 2 partners. At about 23:30 when I fall asleep in front of my laptop I go to bed and sleep a bit.

So yeah... that's the reason why I haven't been jacked in a lot.

I'll be finished with the big parts at the end of this month, then it should get better.

I work from 9am-5pm (actually longer - sadly my working hours are practically dictated by my dad, who works at the same place and gives me a lift), then try to get other work done after dinner... I usually fail.

I'm trying to figure out what's worse: doing exams during May/June, or working full time. Wink

I wake up at 8:30, get out of bed around 9. Work starts at 9:30 and finishes around 18:00. Then we head into the Tara (Irish pub) and 'reside' there until... well... 23:00 or midnight. Rinse and repeat.

At least, that's usually 4 days a week. The other days I'm usually travelling around trying to get as many other things done as possible. I just got a 'new' bicycle *YAY* so I can start roaming the streets of Amsterdam properly again. I've been walking everywhere for a while, gets a bit extreme walking from one train-station to the other because you're too lazy to take the train. (makes sense, no?)
We've been in the middle of summer-auditions at work, so I've been judging a lot of people. Since we're done with that, they'll need to be properly trained for the job, which will take up a lot of time, which includes drinking afterwards as well of course.

Also, it's just as warm over here as over at Gookin's. We reached the very exciting temperature of 27 degrees today. This of course only means we're staying out drinking longer, we'll order food while we're there and sod off around midnight in our t-shirts and shorts. Summer's kicking in, so I'll still be around the forums, but I'm not expecting myself to go sit behind a desk.

Anywho, things are going GREAT! over here (Great! -> I'm sharing the Merlin spirit everywhere, 'ey Razz).

The sun's out, work's a blast, girls are wearing exactly what I like again, I'm single, and I seriously need a shower now... *Runs off to the bathroom*

I no longer have lectures or seminars (contact time) in university, so I don't have an obligation to get up at the crack of dawn anymore.

THEREFORE.

Most days I wake around at about 7 as the other half still has school (HAH) and has set alarms so he wakes up (Not so HAH) and then, when he's gone, I doze off again until about midday-1pm. Then I mull around, and read some Shakespeare plays for revision and transcribe a radio conversation recording for my English Groupwork project.

On Tuesdays and Thursdays, I meet with my group for the aforementioned project in the library on Campus to do analysis and write up the work.

Most evenings are spent with the also afore mentioned other half, and then I don't do any work and I most usually game.

Also, these snippets of my daily activity are interlaced with me going to my student accomodation, socialising and going to the local pub during the daylight hours. I'm not much of a nighttime clubber/heavy drinker (I do get drunk, just not in that environment--not my thing) so I spend the evenings with my better half.

Hmm... I'm having to wait a week till my last 3 exams, so i'm just getting drunk half the time and then going to uni socities that i'm in charge of every other afternoon, then go drinking after those.

Its freaking hot here, i've actually taken to wearing slightly brighter than black t-shirt/shirts, though (will have to agree with d4sh) its always interesting to see what the girls are wearing.... though then my gf hits me when i comment XD

Then on friday i'm off home for 5months of working behind bar, only to realise that i've failed the year again or skimmed a pass then panic about getting back... yippee ^^
