Bad news for me :/
It seems that I won't be back in MxO any time soon. The damn bank canceled my overdraft facility just before Xmas and due to xmas I went slightly overdrawn, and was charged £13. Unfortunately that made me overdrawn again so I have been charged again.
It seems the £13 charge per month for being overdrawn is exactly £3 MORE than I have coming in a month.
When I queried the bank about my overdraft being cancelled I was told "You never had an overdraft." Even after I told them I started the account with £2000 2 years ago WITH a £50 overdraft limit. Basically I got told I was wrong.
I showed them my bills that showed I had been overdrawn a couple of times before and not been charged due to the overdraft facility..
long story short.. she basically told me they would look into it but there was a possibility that I would be back charged for those times, because the computer said I had NEVER had an overdraft limit.
Needless to say I wanted to slam the snotty little B****'s face into her computer screen.
Right now I am fighting to try to juggle some of the bills to find the extra £3 a month to cover the damn charge.
I will be back in MxO as soon as I possibly can be.
ps. if I suddenly drop off the map here and halo... Then I have given in to temptation and introduced the ***** to her blasted computer screen....

should have just slammed her into the computer, or at least caused a big fuss, i shout at my bank staff almost everytime i go in coz they don't keep track *shakes fist at RBS*

Start with the keyboard slamming that into her face... its lighter and it'll hurt your shoulders less then picking up the computer monitor. Once she's properly dazed THEN slam her face into the computer monitor.  |
